No refund shall be processed on the order of any reports under any circumstances if the order has reached the “processing” (Assigned to an Astrologer) stage. The risk and parity of placing appointment in a haste and careless manner totally rests with the User and the Website is not responsible for any refund once the processing stage has started.

If the user provide incorrect information or data, the user will not be eligible for a refund. It is the responsibility of the User to be cautious while providing any information to the Website and verify the accuracy of the information before submitting it.

The Website will not provide a refund for technical delays or glitches that occur during the processing of requests, including report generation by the service provider, i.e. Astrologer. The User acknowledges that the timelines provided are only estimates, and all necessary measures will be taken to adhere to them as indicated.

Additionally, if the User provides an incorrect contact number for the "Call with Astrologer" feature, no refund will be processed. Users who have opted for this feature are advised to ensure that their contact number remains in an area with full coverage and to answer any incoming calls promptly. Please note that no refunds will be issued for any calls that are successfully connected.

The refunds, if any, shall be processed after deduction of the transaction charges levied by the Bank and/or the Payment Gateway, and/or any charges that may have been incurred by the Website during processing and/or delivering the service, as applicable.

If a product is returned in a damaged condition, no refund will be processed. The Registered User is responsible for any damage caused to the product after delivery. For orders placed using the "Cash on Delivery" payment method, the User will be charged the cost of the product and the applicable shipping/custom/courier charges if the product is returned. By ordering any product displayed on the Website, the User agrees to undertake full responsibility for any damage caused to the product.

In case of refunds, the Bank and/or Payment Gateway transaction charges, shipping and/or courier charges (applicable to purchased products), customs duty (if imposed), and any other charges incurred by the Website during processing and/or delivering the service will be deducted before processing the refund.
